SAAO Journal Club

Beginning in 2022, the SAAO Executive Council offers a national SAAO journal club with sessions for interested students to both learn about and become more involved in the osteopathic research community.

During each session, we invite allopathic and osteopathic medical students to pre-read a selected research article and participate in a discussion of the article led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic osteopathic faculty. We host 5-6 journal clubs per year.
