What Your Membership Includes

As the specialty college for osteopathic manipulative medicine, the AAO works on behalf of every member, in the profession, in health care policy and in the classroom.

Advocacy

  • A national advocate for OMM, both within the profession and with health care policymakers and third-party payers.

AAO Physician Membership Dues

For about a dollar a day, you can become a member of the specialty college dedicated to you and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).

The membership year runs August 1 through July 31. Prorated memberships are not available.

Members who did not graduate from an accredited U.S. osteopathic medical college must be sponsored by an osteopathic physician who is a member of the AAO.
